Housing and Support Solutions
Housing and Support Solutions was set up in 2002 by the two Directors of the company who both have a passion for improving the lives of excluded and disadvantaged people.
The Directors still have an active and hands on approach in the running of the organisation which has developed and increased considerably since start up and now provides services for over forty vulnerable adults throughout Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
Housing and Support Solutions provides accommodation based support services, floating support services and one to one support through the use of the Direct Payments Scheme and the introduction of the new Individual Budgets Scheme.
The organisation prides itself on giving people with various difficulties the opportunity to live as valued members of the community and has helped people with the transition/resettlement period from other living environments, for example, Young Offenders Institutes, Residential Care Homes and Specialist Hospitals to move into a community supported living environment.
The organisation does not provide services for individuals that need help with their personal care, however we do work with appropriate domiciliary care agencies to meet their needs effectively.
