The type of accommodation we offer.
We currently run eight supported houses in Grimsby and Cleethorpes and a further three in Lincoln which are overseen on a day to day basis by the Support Manager. Other staff involved in the accommodation are Support Workers, a Business Administration Manager and the two Directors of the project.
Each tenant has the use of his or her own bedroom, but shares communal facilities with other tenants. As well as supporting the tenants and collecting the weekly rent, the staff enable the tenants to access leisure activities. Tenants are expected to assist with the cleaning and cooking where possible.
The project reserves the right for it’s staff to enter the residents accommodation without the tenant being present in order to check on safety and hygiene matters in the interest of the tenant and other tenants in the house. This right will only be exercised when absolutely necessary and in a way that respects the tenants privacy and dignity.
Unfortunately, our accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.
We also have ten flats for people who are able to live independently.
