All tenants living within the accommodation provided by Housing and Support Solutions are entitled to expect that their personal safety will be respected. Consideration will be given to minimise elements of risk to self and others by non-disclosure of information regarding their accommodation address, except for purposes of claiming appropriate benefits or as necessary to those involved in interagency as part of an assessment process. Information given to any other personnel must be agreed prior to disclosure.
Tenants are held responsible for missing or damaged property whether this has occurred as a consequence of their own behaviour, or as a consequence of the behaviour of any person who has been invited into the premises by the tenant.
It is the responsibility of the tenant to treat the property and contents of their room/flat with respect and consider their behaviour and the impact of behaviour on neighbours and the projects continuation.
The tenant must undertake not to use or allow illegal drugs on the premises or to allow the accommodation to be used for any illegal purpose. No offensive weapon or anything deemed by staff to be offensive to be taken into the property.
Further conditions of residency are the access to support and the willingness to undertake a short or full assessment if agreed on this placement and to contribute towards the rent as per house agreement.
