Housing and Support Solutions
The project’s first responsibility when assessing applicants for accommodation is to the tenants who currently reside within the supported housing. We only house people over the age of 18 unless there is extra support from an outside agency. Both men and women are welcome to apply for accommodation and support.
Has undergone a Housing and Support Solutions skills assessment.
Finds learning difficult.
Is in need of support with financial budgeting.
Needs motivating and prompting to complete daily tasks.
Needs support with shopping, cooking and menu planning.
Is in need of emotional support.
Is in need of support to access employment and social activities.
Is in need of supervision whilst they administer their medication.
Is in need of a variety of support throughout a 24 hour period.
