Housing and Support Solutions Limited is a project that aims to provide supported housing for individuals who find daily tasks and learning difficult. We are committed to providing supported and safe accommodation for vulnerable adults. We also aim to provide practical support with daily tasks, which help enable people to live an independent and ordinary life.

We provide supported accommodation for adults who find learning and daily tasks difficult.
With moderate learning disabilities.
With a learning disability and physical disability.
Who are vulnerable and living independently.
With a learning disability and who are experiencing emotional problems.
Depending on the assessed need of the individual, we will provide appropriate support mechanisms in areas such as daily living skills, leisure activities, finance, administering medication and accessing community resources.
To provide comfortable and safe supported accommodation for people who find living on their own difficult or pose serious risks to themselves.
To work in partnership with individuals who need practical support with daily tasks.
To promote and encourage independence around accessing community and leisure activities.
Offer support to individuals according to their identified needs.
To work in partnership with other agencies to enable the individual to live an ordinary life.
To provide medium to long term accommodation to meet assessed needs.
To find alternative services if the service provided by Housing and Support Solutions breaks down.
The project’s first responsibility when assessing applicants for accommodation is to the tenants who currently reside within the supported housing. We only house people over the age of 18 unless there is extra support from an outside agency. Both men and women are welcome to apply for accommodation and support.

Finds learning difficult.
Is in need of support with financial budgeting.
Needs motivating and prompting to complete daily tasks.
Needs support with shopping, cooking and menu planning.
Is in need of emotional support.
Is in need of support to access employment and social activities.
Is in need of supervision whilst they administer their medication.
Is in need of a variety of support throughout a 24 hour period.
Who can apply to Housing and Support Solutions?
Housing and Support Solutions Ltd. has internal quality measures in place to enable constant improvement of the service we provide.
North East Lincolnshire Council Supporting People Team have implemented a framework to assess this company and all other Supported Housing Providers to ensure that they meet appropriate accreditation. Housing and Support Solutions is currently working towards this accreditation and the expected standards.
