How to apply to Housing and Support Solutions.
If you feel that you, or someone you know, meets the criteria for supported housing, please contact the company’s administration office either by telephone, fax, mail or email.
Housing and Support Solutions encourages individuals and family members to visit the accommodation before completing an application in order to meet the Support Manager and existing tenants. At this point, the Support Manager will explain the projects Code of Conduct and the Tenancy Agreement.
Supporting information. An assessment of living skills will be completed by the Support Manager or Director. This will help to determine the requirements of the candidate. Housing and Support Solutions reserve the right to ask for any more information from any applicant or their Key Worker or Referring Agent.
What happens next? If the individual and relevant persons have made a decision that they would like to move into our supported accommodation and an agreement has been made between them, then a meeting will be held with the Support Manager to arrange a move in date. At this time, relevant information will be gathered, in addition to completing the paperwork required.
